I’ve been using this case for two weeks now and I’m extremely happy with its functionality. The case is made from soft leather and has a clip and belt loops, so you have two options for carrying it. The cover closes magnetically. There’s no need to fumble with velcro or snaps. When my iPhone is in the case, I can easily ensure that the sound is off with a quick glance. If I listen to music with earbuds, the iPhone fits in the case with the jack plugged in. There’s an opening for the jack. The case holds the iPhone in place securely, but you can push it out with your finger using the slot at the bottom of the case. I would highly recommend this case!

Have since a month and has been the sturdy reliable belt case. It looks as if its made for the iPhone 3G’s ifrogz case (ifrogz iphone3g-st-rb Luxe Case for iPhone 3G (Red/Black)). Not too big and doesn’t make itself prominent. Simply unbeatable deal for under five.

Should probably be called “leather-textured,” not textured leather. It’s some kind of vinyl or something, but holding up pretty well after about 1 month of intermittent use. The best thing about this is that it closes with two magnets (which don’t seem to interfere with the phone), so no loud Velcro noises.

This carrying case fits my needs for a carrying case. It holds the iPhone securely, makes the phone fairly accessable, and there is no worry about the phone coming dislodged from the case. The Apple case I bought with the iPhone sometimes slipped off my belt whenever I would sit down – at least twice without my immediate knowledge. Ihe last time it happened, my iPhone fell onto a restaurant parking lot as I got in my car,and lay there while I drove twenty miles down the road. The restaurant manager found the iPhone and contacted me to return and claim my phone; otherwise I would have had no need to order this item. The belt clip is quite stout; I prefer, though, to use the belt loops now. The price of the case was, including shipping, about 1/4 that of the item I bought at Best Buy, and it is much more to my liking. I’d buy another one if the need ever arose.
